CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS
2022–PRESENT

AK Cultural Planning, in partnership with Ann Woolsey Integrated Planning, undertook internal and external research and strategic planning with Harvard Art Museums. The plan engaged all staff and University stakeholders to set forth a research-driven vision that will support the Museums’ continued evolution as well as reaccreditation by the Alliance of American Museums.

The Research Findings Report presented 11 assessments, which engaged 230 people through 68 consultations, meetings, and/or interviews. The plan, “Transforming Narratives, Advancing Practice,” will guide staff through 2028.

AK Cultural Planning remains engaged with the Senior Management team to implement a selection of priorities and ensure that execution and metrics are effectively monitored.
