Concept testing, including visioning and ongoing guidance to advance the goal of developing an African American Art Museum and Cultural Center in Hillsborough County, Florida. This planning effort includes an assessment of opportunities and findings from market research as well as order of magnitude assessment of space needs, capital costs and operating costs.
